PREGNANCY PILATES

Pilates is a fabulous form of movement to support you during pregnancy. Not only will it keep you strong and flexible, it will also help to relieve many aches and pains associated with pregnancy. Better still, because your deep core muscles and pelvic floor will develop muscle memory, you will recover faster after the birth of your baby.  

PRIVATE PREGNANCY SESSIONS

Private pregnancy sessions utilise all of the equipment within the Studio to facilitate and challenge movement. A personalised home programme will also be provided if desired.

 

A 55-minute private session (one to one) is $90.00.

POSTNATAL PILATES

Postnatal Pilates is a fantastic form of rehabilitation after birth, gently encouraging the body to realign and strengthen. It is also a great opportunity for Mum to have some time to relax and re-energise. 

MUM'S AND BUBS MAT CLASSES

TUESDAY'S at 10.15am (In the Studio during term time)

Postnatal classes are taught in small groups of 4 to ensure ample individual attention.  It is recommended that everyone has a private session before joining the class to ensure they get the most out of the class.  

A 55-minute private session (one to one) is $90.00.

Classes are taught during term time as a progressive experience. A 10 week block is $250.00.

Pre-crawling babies are welcome in the Studio.
