PREGNANCY PILATES

Antenatal Pilates is a fabulous form of movement to support you during pregnancy. Not only will it keep you strong and flexible, it will also help to relieve many aches and pains associated with pregnancy. Better still, because your deep core muscles and pelvic floor will develop muscle memory, you will recover faster after the birth of your baby.  

Private pregnancy sessions utilise equipment within the Studio and small props to facilitate and challenge movement. A personalised home programme can also be provided if desired.

 

A 55-minute private session (one to one) is $80.00. Private duet sessions are $100.

Postnatal Pilates is a fantastic form of rehabilitation post pregnancy, gently encouraging the body to realign and strengthen. It is also a great opportunity for Mum to have some time to relax and re-energise.

MUM's and bubs CLASS

TUESDAY'S at 10.15am

Postnatal classes are taught in small groups of 4 to ensure ample individual attention.  It is recommended that everyone has a private session before joining the class to ensure they get the most out of the class.  

A 55-minute private session (one to one) is $80.00.

Casual class $22

10 Class pass $200 (Valid for 3 months)

5 Class pass $105 (Valid for 3 months)

Pre-crawling babies are welcome.
